A welcoming oasis in the city
The hotel’s location is perfect for business and leisure. I greatly appreciated the spacious rooms, which provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The fitness center was also a definite highlight, well-equipped for all my workout needs.
Unfortunately, the noise levels were a significant drawback. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and the street outside was loud, especially during the night. Additionally, the check-in process was a bit slow, leaving me a bit frustrated after a long day of travel.

Had a great time! The breakfast was fantastic with extensive offerings, and the spacious twin room was so cozy and decorated beautifully. However, the noise from the street was quite noticeable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The accommodations were spacious and modern. A highlight was the location. just a quick walk to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and local cafes. The breakfast spread was solid, especially for those avoiding pork. The staff was friendly, helping us with maps and local spots to visit.
However, we had to wait quite a while for check-in, which was frustrating after a long travel day. I understand it can get busy, but it could use some improvement for smoother arrivals.

The room was super spacious with comfy beds and pillows. I really liked the coffee machine and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus in hot Madrid. The stylish interior made it feel modern and fresh. I noticed the clean setup made everything feel nice. Oh, and having DIY lavender sachets for better sleep was such a cool idea! Just a heads up that the bathroom door was glass, which was a little weird for privacy if you're sharing the space.

The room was spacious and well-maintained with a modern design. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful during our stay, especially as we navigated transportation options. Breakfast featured a great selection of freshly squeezed juices and cured meats.
It would be nice if there were a couple more plugs near the desk area for charging devices, as well as a small desk by the window to enhance productivity.

Recommend it for Business Travelers
The room was quite clean and well stocked, had a mini bar that was well organized. I loved that the breakfast had options for gluten-free and soya milk, not something you see everywhere.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but the stay was alright.
